• You are responsible for any content you upload or generate using our tools.

We respect your privacy. Uploaded files are processed securely. For standard processing, files are not stored longer than necessary to complete the operation. If you use our temporary storage feature, files may be stored for the duration you select (and any download limits you set), then automatically become unavailable. 4. Pricing and Payments

Toolchat.io offers both free and paid subscription plans. The free plan provides limited credits per month, while paid plans (Plus, Pro, and Pro Plus) offer additional credits, priority support, and faster processing.

• Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually. Annual billing includes a discount as displayed on our pricing page.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@toolchat.io.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price changes affecting their subscription.
• Credits: Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period and expire at the end of each month.
